Happy Tuesday, lovelies! Today’s post is a special little addendum to the #bisforbonnieloves series in honor of my upcoming trip to snowy NYC. Some of y’all may have seen a little Instagram post I shared a few weeks ago asking for recommendations on things to do, see and eat in New York as I’m taking my husband on a surprise trip there this weekend! And what better way to prepare for frigid temps than with a cup of toasty coffee and a sequined sweatshirt that lets people know just how I feel about them, right? And it doesn’t hurt that the masterminds behind this fun pullover, Bow & Drape, are a New York-based design house filled to the brim with cheeky designs and custom clothing. I mean, how could I dream of taking anything else for our long weekend in the big city?

You may have seen these gorgeous, sparkle encrusted sweatshirts, tops and beanies that are taking social media by storm. The beauty about Bow & Drape is that you can play designer and get incredibly creative with your clothing! Specializing in fully custom accessories and apparel, all pieces are made by hand in their NYC studio and are truly top notch quality. I’m honestly a bit wary of sequined clothing after one too many poorly manufactured pieces practically fell apart in my hands, but this cozy pullover is built to last, friends. I’m incredibly impressed by the quality of craftsmanship and detail that went into making this beauty!

Paired with a pair of comfy skinnies and my favorite wellies, this sparkly number has been my go-to lately since South Carolina’s weather refuses to cooperate. Given my love of lattes and caffeine in general, I’m not sure there could be a more perfect addition to my closet! I definitely see myself using this piece on cooler springtime evenings, as well as paired with lots of layers for more frigid climates, for the months to come. I can’t wait to bust out this beauty in it’s native NYC as I tour the city with Armon by my side! Besides, I see a lot of lattes in my future this weekend to survive the snowy conditions. This native Texan doesn’t know what to do with wintry precipitation, y’all!
