Happy Tuesday, friends! If you’re needing a little something colorful to brighten up your day, look no further than this darling brand reveal for my sweet client Alvina Grace Photography! Alvina and I worked together last fall to create a vibrant, bold and geometric-inspired visual presence for her brand. She wanted something fresh and fun that captured her vivacious approach to family and couples portraiture, and we both had a blast dreaming up this colorful brand suite.

Based in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Alvina is a natural-light photographer who specializes in child, family, newborn and maternity sessions. Her sweet spirit and warm approach instantly put her clients at ease, and her natural approach to documenting a day in the life of her clients produces organic images that will be treasured for years to come. We took a slightly more classic approach to Alvina’s main logo, incorporating a playful mix of script and san serif typefaces. Alvina’s vibrant color palette infuses just the right amount of punch and personality, ensuring that no element of her branding, from web presence to print collateral, will go unnoticed!

I especially love the bold geometric watercolor pattern we created for her. Alvina is inspired by modern, abstract lines, so we focused on creating something that stayed true to that theme. I wanted to infuse her color palette in a unique way that added a bit of softness and warmth, and the organic nature of watercolor seemed like a great fit for the aesthetic behind her brand.
